Reservation and Confirmation:
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from Panaash Eco World.
To make a reservation, guests must provide valid contact information and payment details.
Confirmation of reservations will be sent via email or SMS.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Payment:
Payment for the reservation must be made in full at the time of booking.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other forms of payment as indicated on our booking platform.
Cancellation and Refund:
Cancellations made [X number of days] or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between [Y and Z number of days] prior to the arrival date will be subject to a [percentage]% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made [less than Z number of days] before the arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows and early departures will not be eligible for a refund.
Resort Policies:

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the glamping domes and enclosed resort areas.
Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
Noise levels should be kept to a minimum during designated quiet hours.

Panaash Eco World is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to guests' personal belongings, including vehicles parked on the premises.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the glamping domes or resort property during their stay.

Discretionary Rights::
Panaash Eco World reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates resort policies or behaves in a disruptive manner.
